Martina Dimoska is the first Macedonian woman that works for NASA as a Program Human Systems Discipline Integrator covering EHP (Extra-Vehicular and Surface Mobility Program) and HHP (Human Health and Performance) at NASA Johnson Space Center under Leidos. In this role, she supports human spaceflight work connected to crew health, human performance, and future exploration missions, including ISS and Artemis.
She is the first female Balkan Analog Astronaut, Founder and Innovator, and Awarded Published Researcher advancing human spaceflight and sustainable off-world systems. Her work focuses on mission architecture, in-situ resource utilization, human performance under isolation, and operational frameworks for long-duration lunar and deep space missions.
She has led and contributed to high-fidelity analog missions in collaboration with NASA, ESA, CSA, POLSA, and Axiom Space. During UND ILMAH-14 (including NASA, CSA, UND, Simon Fraser), the crew operated ISS-flown experiments CardioBreath and ExoLab. Martina was a Commander of the ESA-supported SELENE mission at LunAres, followed by the ESA-led APICES & Chill-ICEE mission under Commander ESA Astronaut Ales Svoboda. Martina was a Commander of TERRA NOVA (including LunAres, POLSA, ESA, NASA, Axiom), where the crew validated the ISS-bound AstroMentalHealth protocol, mirroring the Axiom-4 mission.
Martina is a Senior NASTAR Ambassador with Suborbital Spaceflight Certification & Wings, certified OeWF Basic Mission Training, and a NAUI-certified diver.
Martina is the Founder & President of the International Space Alliance (ISA), a global space institution spanning several countries and continents. Martina is a founding member of the first Civil Space Agency in N. Macedonia. She serves as a Human Spaceflight Consultant with Blue Abyss Global.
She is the first woman from Macedonia to secure NASA Space Act Agreements as an international, through which she leads NASA Space Apps Challenge Mountain View and Cleveland with NASA Ames and NASA Glenn.
She has an extensive space education, including an M.Sc. in Space Studies from the International Space University (Hypatia Prize), a Commercial Space Programs Graduate degree from Florida Tech (Aldrin Family Foundation Scholar), a B.Sc. in Materials Engineering & Nanotechnology, and Aerospace Engineering exchange studies at Kent State University (GPA 3.94, Dean's List).
Her work has been recognized globally, including as an EB1-A Extraordinary Ability U.S. Permanent Resident, Bloomberg Europe Top 50 honoree, Forbes 30 Under 30 nominee, and International Astronautical Federation (IAF) Emerging Space Leader. She has been featured by Forbes, Bloomberg, the United Nations, UNDP, the European Union, OSCE, TEDx, and global innovation networks. Martina also serves as the National Point of Contact for SGAC for North Macedonia.
